The Challenge

Wellness is a marathon and not sprint and like any marathon it takes training.

We know that lifestyles are full and busy and trying to fit in yet another thing you should be doing is challenging enough!

BUT we are setting you up to WIN. Our challenge is FUN! It’s a game and who doesn’t have time for some fun and games?

First we need to evaluate where our starting point is… the Wellness Evaluation is FREE and is around 45minutes. At this point you will have some good insight into where the challenges are and the changes which need to happen.

We then have a 6 week coaching camp where each week there is a wellness topic and notes are drip fed to your WhatsApp every 2nd day. Day 7 is a reflection day and a coaching call with me where we look at how the week has gone and what the tweak for the following week could be.

We then add in the extra benefit of a social group. You have the choice to join a group of 7 other people who are on the same journey as you. This is our Health Marathon and each lap is 10 days. You are welcome to do as many laps as you want or need in order to reach your goals. It is a gamified way to help make the new habits a lifestyle. Every 2 weeks we have a coaching call and discuss the tweaks for the following lap.

There is a coaching fee of £45/month (R650) however, we use supplements to enhance the nutrient density of your diet. If you decide to take the supplements, the coaching fee is waived.

All of this can be achieved locally one to one or remotely using WhatsApp and Telegram.

Our aim is to help you change the daily routine you have right now which is NOT serving you well to one you will be proud of in a fun and simple way!

Your Coach

Your coach will guide you through the challenge, listen to your experiences, answer your questions and be a support whenever you need it.

They will show up for you by ensuring you get your next set of notes on time, taking you through your coaching call and answering any questions you have during the week.

We ask that you show up for yourself by checking in every evening with a few ticks to say how your day went, attending your coaching calls and completing tasks.

Your coach will let you know when you are ready for your first lap of the Health Marathon and get you signed up.

You are learning new skills, be prepared to invest around 30 minutes a day (throughout the day, not all in one go) in learning them.

Trust your coach. They have been through the same process as you are going through.

And when the going gets tough (and it just might!) - trust the process and lean on your coach and your community 👉

Your Community

There is evidence the wellness journey is best done in community.

Your community consists of your Marathon Lap Competitors and your Facebook Community as well as your coach.

How your community will help you:

Motivation, encouragement and accountability

Information exchange and access to resources

Social interaction and a reduced feeling of isolation - especially when the going gets tough!
