Neema (Scotland) Limited is a consulting company offering consulting services in the IT, Wellness and Modelling industries.

Our Wellness subsidiary operates under the name ‘Wellness Moma’ and operates the neemalimited.co.uk/wellness-coaching website along with all the inactive pages linked to this page.  There are also Facebook and Instagram accounts along with Facebook groups.  We also operate Wellness Marathons via Telegram Teams. 

Our Modelling subsidiary operates under the name ‘Neema Scout’ on Instagram.

All these operations constitute our service and help us to help our clients reach their career or wellness goals. We appreciate all our clients and take our responsibility to protect their information seriously.

This Privacy Policy governs the way Neema (Scotland) Limited collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of our services.

Information Collection and Use

Models:

We collect the following information from models during the signing of a contract:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Home Address

  • Email Address

  • Social Media Handle

  • Country of Citizenship

  • Country of Residence

  • Test Shoot Photograph

We collect some of this information initially via Instagram Chat and then it is all collated and incorporated into the contract between the model and us. All this information is collected for use in the contract.

Wellness Clients:

We collect the following information from prospective wellness clients during the wellness evaluation phase:

  • Name

  • Contact Details

  • Gender

  • Lifestyle Habits

  • Wellness Goals

If a wellness client becomes a client, we further collect their telephone number and weekly weights and measurements via social platforms (Telegram or Whatsapp) on a weekly basis.

We rely on the consent of our wellness clients to invite them to social platforms for ongoing tailored wellness support. They can withdraw their consent and delete themselves from any platform at any time and we respect that decision.

We only use functional cookies to help our site run effectively and provide the best experience for our visitors. We have many unlinked pages and these cookies allow the user to be redirected efficiently to these sites.

Use of Information

We use the information collected from models to help them find jobs in the modelling industry.

For wellness clients, we use the collected information to identify their wellness needs and goals, and to provide tailored coaching and support to help them achieve their wellness goals.  We may also use this information to invite them to business information meetings.

Sharing of Information

  • Models: We share models' information with modelling agents as co-controllers, who are responsible for finding them job opportunities. We liaise with these agents to ensure models are put forward for relevant opportunities.

  • Wellness Clients: We do not share wellness client information with anyone and act as data processors only.

Data Retention

We only retain user information for as long as it is necessary to conduct our business, i.e., until the modelling contract is terminated or until a wellness client no longer requires our services. All irrelevant or no longer needed user information will be cleared out at the end of each calendar year if not already done at contract termination.

International Transfers

We may need to transfer the personal information of models outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for the purposes of modelling contracts in other countries. This will only be shared with the agent responsible.

We will not need to transfer any wellness client information outside the EEA.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
