MEET YOUR Coach

The S.H.I.F.T program came out of Traci’s (also known as Wellness Moma!) search for something that actually works. Not a fad. Not a quick fix. Something sustainable.

“I spent years chasing weight loss. But what I accidentally discovered was that weight loss and wellness are deeply connected. All the little ailments — the fatigue, the bloating, the brain fog — they weren’t random. They were my body crying out for attention. I’ve taken supplements since my 20s, and they helped… for a while. But in my 40s, life happened. Stress piled up, exercise disappeared, discipline fell apart — and despite being consistent with supplements, the weight crept on. I felt awful and my blood pressure was dangerously high. Getting my body back into shape meant getting my mind and my life back into shape. And now, I really want to share what I’ve learned. Wellness doesn’t come from a silver bullet. But here’s the secret: one small tweak a week. That’s it. One manageable step toward balance. In a year? That’s 52 tweaks. And that can take you to a completely different place. I’m not perfect. I’m not claiming to be. But at 54, my metabolic age is sitting between 42 and 46. I’m two dress sizes smaller — but more importantly, I have my energy, focus, and capacity back.
